YasKeeper

Terms of Service

Last updated 3 September 2026

YasKeeper is a home maintenance and vendor directory app made available to residents of participating communities in Yas Island, Saadiyat, and Jubail. By signing in and using YasKeeper, you agree to these terms.

Who can use YasKeeper

Access is limited to residents of participating developments and requires administrator approval after you sign in with Google. An administrator may decline or revoke access at their discretion, including where information provided at sign-up appears inaccurate. You may also delete your own account at any time from the Account page — see our Privacy Policy for exactly what that does and doesn't remove.

Your content

You are responsible for the accuracy of the maintenance records and notes you create (your calendar view is generated from these automatically, not entered separately). Vendor directory entries are shared community information — please keep vendor details accurate and remove or flag entries you know to be out of date.

Vendor listings

The vendor directory is provided as a convenience, compiled and maintained by residents and administrators. YasKeeper does not vet, endorse, or guarantee the work of any vendor listed. Any agreement for services is strictly between you and the vendor.

Availability

YasKeeper is provided on an as-is, as-available basis, without warranty of any kind. We aim to keep the service running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and reminder emails and push notifications are a convenience, not a guaranteed notification system — do not rely on them as your sole reminder for safety-critical maintenance.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of YasKeeper after a change is posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
